Hi, My name is Vivian Stone and I help women build strength, drop body fat, and feel better in their bodies through an integrative approach to fitness. My coaching goes beyond workouts. It’s about supporting your metabolism, recovery and energy without crash diets, extreme routines, or quick fixes. Inside the Stone Wellness platform, you’ll get personalized coaching that blends strength training, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support! This gives you structure, flexibility, and accountability so you can feel your best, no matter how busy life gets.
