Stone Wellness offers a Nutrition & Labs package that gives you access to the Stone Wellness app and includes a 6-week workout program, recipe books (gut health, high protein, gluten-free, etc.), nutritional guidance, basic macro education based on goals, and access to order desired lab tests through Rupa Health or Fullscript.
When you order a lab through me, here’s what happens → All labs are actually ordered, overseen, and reviewed by licensed practitioners within the Rupa Health or Fullscript networks. A Rupa Health or Fullscript physician will review your results with you and notify you of anything significantly out of range. Your results become available to both of us via email, and I give lifestyle strategies (workouts, gut health, and nutritional guidance to support health) after the review with their licensed practitioners.
