Programs may be delivered through our proprietary platform, the Stone Wellness app, or through third-party platforms, including Everfit. Our services are intended to provide educational guidance and support. Vivfit llc does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition. You should always consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
2. Client Responsibilities By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health, goals, and medical history. You acknowledge that you will consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or supplement program. Participation in all aspects of fitness, nutrition, or lab activities is undertaken at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your health and safety while participating in any program.
3. Labs and Supplement Recommendations Any lab testing ordered through Evexia is processed and approved by their physician network. vivfit llc provides educational interpretation of lab results only and does not provide medical diagnoses. Any supplement recommendations provided are educational in nature and are not medical prescriptions. You are responsible for reviewing any supplement recommendations with your healthcare provider prior to use.
4. Everfit Programs VivFit llc may deliver workout and nutrition programs through the Everfit platform. By participating in programs delivered via Everfit, you acknowledge that all activities are undertaken at your own risk. You agree that vivfit llc is not responsible for any technical issues, platform downtime, or inaccuracies in program content hosted on Everfit. You are responsible for following instructions safely and modifying exercises or nutrition guidance according to your abilities and health status.
5. Payments and Refunds Payment for all programs and services is due at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all payments are non-refundable. Stone Wellness reserves the right to suspend access to services for non-payment.
6. Intellectual Property All content on the Stone Wellness website, including programs, videos, text, images, and other materials, is the exclusive property of vivfit llc and protected under copyright law. Content is provided for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to, injuries sustained during workouts, adverse reactions to supplements, or misinterpretation of lab results. 9. Termination of Access vivfit llc reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services for violation of these Terms of Service, unlawful activity, or unethical conduct.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of georgia without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within chatham county/GA.
11. Modifications to Terms VivFit llc reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
